11th Capirotada Fair

Ajijic will celebrate the 11th Capirotada Fair next March 21, 2026, in an event that brings together tradition, flavor, and community participation. The event will take place at the Ajijic Malecón, between Pedro Moreno and 5 de Mayo, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
During the event there will be a contest, tasting, and sale of capirotada, one of the most representative desserts of the season.
It is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a much-loved tradition in Ajijic, support local participants, and experience an event full of identity and flavor.
