Check-In, Check-Out & Accessibility
Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Early or late check-in may be arranged for an additional fee—please contact us in advance.
Check-out is by 12:00 PM, with a 30-minute grace period.
The hotel front door is locked from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Use your room key to access the building.
Please do not let anyone in unless they have their own key and are confirmed guests.
Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Room Policies
Housekeeping is included daily unless requested otherwise. For stays of 30+ days, service is weekly.
Used towels on the floor indicate you’d like them replaced.
Please turn off lights, AC, heaters, and fans when leaving the room.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Reservations & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Accepted methods: credit card, bank transfer, phone or website booking.
Room rates do not include federal or local taxes.
Cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival.
Within 14 days or no-shows, the full stay is charged.

Guests are responsible for damage or excessive mess. Examples:

• Appliances – $1,500–$5,000 MXN
• Furniture – $3,000–$6,000 MXN

We collect only what’s necessary to fulfill your reservation and services. Data is securely stored in Cloudbeds. Paper records are destroyed when no longer needed.
We don’t share data unless required to complete your booking or meet legal obligations.
